Global Satellite Technologies, the Eurona subsidiary that will issue invoices to customers from now

The Eurona group continues working to offer its customers the most advanced, innovative and highest quality services and technology. Therefore, it has just undertaken a transformation plan with the priority objective of continuously improving the services it provides to its clients.

In this context, the services that Eurona customers already have contracted will become part of a new subsidiary called Global Satellite Technologies, S.L, which will be the group company that will lend and bill the contracted services. A small change in the sender of the bills that customers will begin to receive between December 1, 2018 and January 1, 2019.

With the exception of this, users will not experience any change in the service, nor in the usual channels of customer service, as they can continue to contact through the toll-free number 900 848 980 and at the e-mail address atencionalcliente@eurona.net

Likewise, the personal data of Eurona customers will become part of the files of Global Satellite Technologies, S.L. (with registered office at Calle Cabeza Mesada 5, 4th floor, Vallecas 28031 (Madrid) and N.I.F. number B88144944), which will continue to be treated for the same purposes as those with which initial consent was granted. However, anyone who wishes may use their rights of access, rectification, opposition, deletion, portability and treatment limitation by mail (to the registered office, referring to "Data Protection") or by email (to the address legal@eurona.net).

You can also contact the Spanish Agency for Data Protection (www.aepd.es) to initiate the corresponding procedures in defense of your rights, as well as to terminate your contract in advance without any penalty.
